About the author

Johannes Eva was born in Germany in 1982, grew up in France, and studied both Music Performance at the Strasbourg Conservatory and Computer Science at the Strasbourg University.

After getting his first Computer Science degree, he decided to specialize in music, studying several more years in Germany, Spain and in the USA. Johannes has been a permanent member of the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra since 2010.

Johannes Eva has been using Linux and Free Software since 1998.
